VINIFICATION: Crio-maceration 12/14 hours with skin, gentle grape pressing (pneumatic press) and fermentation off the skins in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (12 – 14°C) BOTTLE-AGEING: Approx 1 month
SERVING SUGGESTION: This wine goes well with just about everything; excellent with grilled fish and fish soup, white meat and delicate charcuterie. To be served cool, at a temperature of 8-10°C
